Delete your data

Toon Series has no sign-up, so there is no password to remember. Here's how to remove everything.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Toon Series and go to the Account tab.
  2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.
  3. Everything is removed from our servers straight away: your stories, characters, storyboards, videos, photos and credits.

Without the app

Email privacy@toonseries.com or write to us through the support form (choose “My data”). Tell us roughly when you used the app and on which phone, and we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, and what is kept

  • Deleted: everything you made and everything linked to your device ID.
  • Kept: a one-way code that marks your phone's free story as used (it cannot identify you), and purchase records that Apple and the law require us to keep.
  • Subscriptions: deleting your data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
