By using Toon Series you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Toon Series uses artificial intelligence to write stories and to make characters, storyboards and videos from your ideas. AI output can be unexpected or imperfect. Please check what is made before you share it.

Your account

There is no sign-up: your stories are linked to a random account code that is kept on your phone and backed up in your iCloud, so they come back on a new iPhone with the same Apple ID. If iCloud is off and you delete the app or change phones, your stories may be lost. You can delete all your data at any time in Account → Delete my data.

Subscriptions and credits

• Writing your first story is free. Making videos needs a subscription or credits.
• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically at the same price for the same period (weekly or monthly) unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Credits come with your plan each period and are used when videos are made. Unused plan credits do not carry over to the next period. Top-up credits do not expire while you have an account.
• If a scene fails or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits are returned automatically.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

What you may not make

Do not use Toon Series to make content that is sexual, that sexualises minors, that is hateful, harassing or violent in a graphic way, that encourages self-harm or crime, that impersonates or defames a real person, or that infringes someone else's rights (for example famous characters or brands you do not own). We use safety filters and may refuse, remove content or close access when these rules are broken.

Reporting content

If something the app made is offensive or wrong, use Report a problem on the story, or email support@toonseries.com. We review reports and act on them.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your ideas. You may use the videos you make for personal and commercial posts, such as Reels, Shorts and TikTok, as long as you follow these terms. You give us permission to process and store your content only to run the service for you. We will not show your content to other users without asking you.

Our app

The app, its design, its example stories and its name belong to Toon Series. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Apple

These terms are between you and Toon Series, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
