Common questions

  • My video is still being made. Videos take a few minutes. You get a notification when a part is ready. If a scene fails, its credits are returned automatically.
  • How do credits work? Writing stories is free with a plan. Credits are used only when videos are made: about 100 credits per scene in Standard quality.
  • Restore my purchases. In the app open Account, then Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID.
  • Cancel my subscription. On your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Toon Series.
  • New iPhone? Sign in to the same iCloud account and open Toon Series. Your stories come back automatically.
  • Delete my data. In the app open Account, then Delete my data. More ways on this page.
  • Report a story or video. Use Report a problem on the story or the video, or write to us below.
